Speaking. Experiences. Management.
From the stage to behind the scenes. B. Amechi works with leaders, talent and organizations to communicate ideas, execute ambitious experiences, and build the infrastructure required to move a vision forward.

Speaking & Media
B. Amechi speaks as an operator, entrepreneur, author and manager who has spent years working behind the scenes of ideas, talent, media and movements. Audiences leave with named systems they can run, not a feeling that fades by the parking lot.
Podcast & Show Feature
Prepared on your format and your listener. Specific stories, specific numbers, and segments built to be clipped. Remote or in-studio.
Keynote
A full-length talk built around one framework your audience can actually run. Custom-built for your room, with a run-through before the date.
Panel, Fireside & Moderation
As a panelist, the specific answer instead of the polite one. As a moderator, a producer who protects the clock and makes every guest look sharp.

How it works
Rates are starting points, not a wall. Nonprofits, campuses, community events and multi-date runs are scoped differently. Travel and lodging are scoped with your team.

International experiences
Executive-level production means assembling the right people, not pretending one person is the expert at everything.
Structure is determined by scope, complexity, duration, budget and level of involvement. $4,400 is the starting professional engagement, not the cost of producing an entire experience. Travel, accommodations and approved third-party production expenses are additional — media crews, editors, venues, transportation, local producers, destination management, security, guides, designers, developers, equipment and specialized vendors.
Every experience is different. Following an initial discovery, a scope and production proposal is developed around the requirements of the project.
Discuss An ExperienceEvery experience should become an asset.
Executing the event is the floor. A properly produced experience keeps paying after everyone flies home.

Real management requires context, trust, systems and momentum. Three months allows enough time to understand the vision, organize the operation, establish priorities and begin producing measurable progress.
Pricing moves with scope, required availability, number of businesses or projects, team size, revenue responsibility, travel, production requirements, deal flow and level of day-to-day involvement. Additional contractors, production expenses, travel and specialized third-party services are not automatically included in the monthly retainer.
Inquire About ManagementThe goal is not to become another person you have to manage. The goal is to make the vision easier to manage.
Built for people building
something real.
B. Amechi is best utilized when a meaningful vision, opportunity or operation already exists — and additional strategy, organization, production and execution are required to move it forward. Not every inquiry becomes an engagement.
